From £7 per monthWe all lead busy lives. It’s important to know every day that your more vulnerable family members are safe and supported to live independently at home.
A daily call can help make sure all is well or arrange assistance. It’s hassle free – your loved one need only press a button to either confirm or request help from our professional, local team.
Choose from the following calls:
1A – General “Just checking you are ok”
1B – General “Just checking you are ok”
2A – Reminder to take your medication
2B – Reminder to take your medication
1 Call per day. Hour time slots. We aim to be as close to the desired time as possible.
Any additional calls per day will be arranged on an individual basis.
Daily Reassurance Calls
Helpline customers who just have the “Daily Reassurance Calls” service need to have two contacts who are available to visit should the call not be responded to, or if further assistance is needed (as per Monitoring only).
The “Daily Reassurance Calls” service can be cancelled with 1 months notice.
